1. Returns

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


3. Exchanges

You may exchange an item for:

  • A replacement for damaged or faulty products

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Provide unboxing video or photos as proof
    We will arrange a free replacement or refund.


5. Non-Returnable Items

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
After that, cancellation may not be possible if the order is already processed.
